Crossline Christian Counselling Service was established in January 1991 by Christians who wished to provide counselling to those who were hurting or struggling with life's problems. We have a reputation for being a warm and professional counselling service that values and welcomes everyone.
Crossline is made up of:
- A board of Trustees plus an advisor
- 23 Qualified Counsellors and regular placements of Trainee Counsellors
- 3 Clinical Supervisors
- Senior Coordinator: Elaine Day
- Deputy Coordinator: Rob Eldred
Crossline began its life with 6 counsellors and was intially based in George Street, Maidstone at the New Life Christian Fellowship. In1994, Crossline moved its premises to Tonbridge Road, Maidstone and grew to 30 counsellors and was able to see around 400 clients per year.
In 2013, Crossline moved to the Vine Medical Centre and was based there until October 2021 before moving to the Maidstone Community Support Centre (MCSC) on Marsham street, Maidstone. Crossline now has 4 counselling rooms and one office.
